Trotter Hill

A fully-mature Lancashire cheese, traditionally-made using pasteurised milk and vegetable rennet by Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses of Inglewhite, Lancashire. Cheeses are wrapped in muslin before being matured for up to 12 months. Cheeses have a deep flavour and pale yellow colour. For more information see (
