Golden Cenarth

A rind-washed cows' milk cheese, made by The Caws Cenarth Dairy at Lancych in Carmarthenshire.They use unpasteurised organic milk taken from the morning milking of their herd of Friesian-Holsteins – cheeses being made from the dairies award-winning Caerphilly/Caerffili base, but exposed to a natural strain of Brevibacterium.
