Oak Smoked Old Worcester

A version of 'Old Worcester White' cows' milk cheese, made by Ansteys of Worcester using pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennent.

Cheeses have the same creamy texture as their mother cheese, but are finished by being smoked over oak chippings – giving the cheese a smokery flavour. For more information see www.ansteys.com (http://www.ansteys.com/)
