Llangloffan White

A farmhouse-style cheese made by The Carmarthenshire Cheese Company, and based on an organic, unpasteurised, version made famous by Leon Downey at Castle Morris, Pembrokeshire – before he retired and passed the recipe on.

Present cheeses are with local pasteurised milk, have a slightly crumbly texture and citrus flavours. For more information see (

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
