Smarts Double Gloucester
A top-class version of this traditional cheese, made by Smarts Gloucester Cheese at Old Ley Farm, using unpasteurised cows' milk and vegetarian rennet. It's made from full cream milk from both the morning and evening milkings with annatto added and are matured for a minimum of 6 months. Cheeses are made in .34kg, 1.5kg & 3.4kg sizes.
