Greens of Glastonbury
The Green family have been making top-quality cheese at their 600 acre farm, under the shadow of Glastonbury Tor, for over 80 years although much is swallowed up as the premium line at two of Britain's best supermarkets.
They make both pasteurised and unpasteurised Cheddar varieties (including some using organic milk) all from their herd of Friesian's. They also make some Double Gloucester.
