Greens of Glastonbury

The Green family have been making top-quality cheese at their 600 acre farm, under the shadow of Glastonbury Tor, for over 80 years – although much is swallowed up as the premium line at two of Britain's best supermarkets.

They make both pasteurised and unpasteurised Cheddar varieties (including some using organic milk) – all from their herd of Friesian's. They also make some Double Gloucester. For more information contact Green's of Glastonbury, Newton Farm, Redlake Dairy, West Pennard, Glastonbury, Somerset, BA6 8NN ( Tel: 01458-834 414

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
