Staffordshire Organic

An organic cows' milk cheese produced by The Staffordshire Organic Cheese Company using milk from their own cows and vegetarian rennet.

Cheeses have a mild buttery taste when young, but develop a definite tang at about the six month stage. They make herb and smoked versions.
