A semi-soft blue cheese, made by The Exmoor Blue Cheese Company using unpasteurised Jersey cows' milk.
It's made in a similar way to their 'Exmoor Jersey Blue', but matured for twice a long, giving it a stronger flavour. It's so named as it was originally made for the grocers Partridges in Chelsea.
