Delphinus Cheese

A white-mould soft goats cheese, made by the Keane family on their family farm overlooking the Shannon Estuary – using pasteurised milk from their own herd.

Cheeses have a salty/buttery flavour with a hint of mushroom and are made in 220gr sizes. Available Spring to Autumn. For more information see (
