Orion Cheese

A semi-hard goats milk cheese, made by the Keane family, on their farm overlooking the Shannon Estuary – using pasteurised milk from their own herd.

The dairy says they are at their best when matured for between 6-12 months. Cheeses are made in 500gr rounds and available all the year. For more information see (
