A range of cows milk cheeses, based on an age-old local recipe (but with flavours added) - made by Shepherds Purse at Leachfield Grange near Thirsk in North Yorkshire. They use local pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet and offer 'Ryedale Pure & Simple', 'Bell Pepper & Balsamic Vinegar', 'Thai Lime, Chilli & Mint with Coriander' and 'Italian Herb & Garlic'.
