A semi-hard sheeps milk cheese, made by Little Acorn at Bethania in Ceredigion using unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
The cheese is made in a Caerphilly-style and the marinated in locally-produce mead giving the finished product a honey tang, which compliments its basic nutty flavour.
