Skirrid Cheese

A semi-hard sheeps milk cheese, made by Little Acorn at Bethania in Ceredigion – using unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.

The cheese is made in a Caerphilly-style and the marinated in locally-produce mead – giving the finished product a honey tang, which compliments its basic nutty flavour. Cheeses are made in 2.5kg truckles. For more information contact Little Acorn Products, Mesen Fach Farmhouse, Bethania, Llanon, Ceredigion, SY23 5NL Tel: 01974-821348
