Producers of a range of top-quality goats cheese, made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet with milk from their own naturally-reared herd.
The selection made is based on two cheese ages about 5 days called 'Button', 'Clifton' and 'Bosworth' (depending on size); and more mature cheeses, released at 3 weeks 'Boswoth Leaf' and 'Clifton' (different weight, but both wrapped in a chestnut leaf) and 'Bosworth Ash Log' (sprinkled with French salt ash).
