Knockdrinna Gold Goats Cheese
A semi-hard goats' milk cheese, made by Knockdrinna Farm House Cheese in County Kilkenny, using pasteurised local milk.
Cheeses develop a golden rind naturally, as they are rind-washed in an organic white wine solution. They have a creamy texture and nutty flavour, which becomes a little peppery as the cheese matures. For more information see www.knockdrinna.com (http://www.knockdrinna.com/)
