Knockanore / Cnoc an Oir Farmhouse Cheese

Eamonn & Patricia Lonergan make award-winning cheese using unpasteurised milk from their own pedigree Friesian herd, grazing close to the Blackwater river.

Their range is based on variations of a semi-pressed cheese made using unpasteurised milk from their own herd of pedigree Friesian's.

In comes in its natural state – called 'Plain White', a version matured for over 12 months 'Plain Red'; plus oak-smoked or flavoured varietirs, such as 'Garlic and Herbs', 'Garlic and Chives' and 'Black epper & Chives'.
