Wicklow Farmhouse Cheese

A dairy run by the Hempenstall family, near Currandtown in the Republic of Ireland, producing cheeses and traditional buttermilk, using pasteurised milk from their own herd of Friesian cattle – plus one cheese using goats milk.

Cheeses include 'Wicklow Baun', 'Wicklow Blue', 'Wicklow Gold', 'Wicklow Goats Gouda' and 'St. Kevin' (aimed at the catering industry).
