Wicklow Farmhouse Cheese
A dairy run by the Hempenstall family, near Currandtown in the Republic of Ireland, producing cheeses and traditional buttermilk, using pasteurised milk from their own herd of Friesian cattle plus one cheese using goats milk.
Cheeses include 'Wicklow Baun', 'Wicklow Blue', 'Wicklow Gold', 'Wicklow Goats Gouda' and 'St. Kevin' (aimed at the catering industry).
