They also make a range of cheeses using milk from their rare-breed Shetland cows – on Middle Wold Farm in East Yorkshire.

These include 'Wold White' – a soft lactic cheese, made in a range of flavours including basil, chive, chili & garlic; 'Wold Wonder' – a white mould-ripened cheese; 'Wold Blimey' – a full-flavoured blue cheese and 'Wold Whey' – a hard cheese matured for at least 6 months.
