Burren Gold

An award-winning Gouda-type cheese, made in County Clare by Ben Johnson, using unpasteurised milk from pedigree Friesian cows which graze on the lush local herbs and grasses.

As well as the original 'Narural' variety, 'Herb', 'Nettle & Garlic', 'Fenugreek Seed', 'Black Pepper', 'Oak Smoked' and 'Cumin Seed' varieties are also made. For more information - see (
