Accra Fishcakes

A type of fishcake traditional in Jamaica.

The 'cakes' are made with reconstituted salt cod, flavoured with herbs and spices, and their yeast content makes them puff when cooked - resembling Pommes Dauphine or Beignets.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards.
