Salsa Verde

A sauce traditional in Northern Italy - particularly as an accompaniment to 'bollito misto' - but excellent with most grilled meat.

The name translates as green sauce, and it's composed of parsley, capers or gherkins and anchovies.See 'Bollito Misto' and our Recipe Section.
