Helford White Cheese
A soft white, cows' milk cheese, made with pasteurised milk by The Treveador Farm Dairy, using pasteurised milk from their Friesian herd.
Cheeses are rind-washed, which produces a apricot/pink edible rind. Cheeses have a pleasant tangy flavour. For more information see www.treveadorfarmdairy.co.uk (http://www.treveadorfarmdairy.co.uk/)
