Wrekin White

An unpasteurised cows' milk cheese made in Shropshire by Mr. Moyden Handmade Cheese - see (

Cheeses are matured for a minimum of 3 months, having been brushed with local rapeseed oil to aid maturation.

They have a nutty flavour, and develop a fruity aroma as they mature.
