Newport Cheese

An unpasteurised cows' milk cheese made in Shropshire by Mr. Moyden Handmade Cheese - see (

Cheeses are matured for between 3 & 4 months, having been brushed with local rapeseed oil to help their maturation.

The result is a cheese with a buttery taste, slightly flaky texture, and sweetish flavour.
