Greenacres Chabis

A gentle unpasteurised goats' cheese made by Kevin and Alison Blunt at Greenacres Farm, just north of Eastbourne in East Sussex. It's sold at 1 week, when it's mild, but as it matures, it shrinks and hardens and becomes more intense. So when they are eaten, depends on your taste.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
