Chilis / Chillis - To keep

To store fresh chilis, wrap them in newspaper, then in plastic, and place in the fridge. They should keep for several weeks, but check regularly, as if one goes soft, it can ruin the others. See 'Chili/Chilli'

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
