Suffolk Meadow Ice Cream and Sorbets (and soon to be frozen greek yoghurt ice cream) are made especially for our customers; and that’s not just a sales/marketing term. We can make specialist batches for individual customers, either to our own recipes or ones they give us.
The company started out in the farmhouse kitchen at Rendham Hall in 1989, for many years it was just a side line as our parents were developing the pedigree herd of Holstein Cattle and a flourishing bed & breakfast business on the farm.
Our mother is the inspiration for all of our creations; she has always had a flare in the kitchen and can seem to make any flavour of ice cream you can think of. There’s the real simple like simply plain, vanilla and clotted cream to the very popular salted caramel and lemon & ginger, and on to the stranger hot chocolate (read fresh chillies!) and even brown bread and once cheese and onion flavour!
