The Doble's make their award-winning Cheddar-style cheese using a 100 year old cheesemill, originating from Blandford. It's made from unpasteurised milk coming from a local Friesian herd, and the end result is a delicious cheese, with a creamier texture than Cheddar, and with a slightly nutty flavour.
