Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds and now run by the 5th generation of the Matthews family, this is one of the UK's leading independent flour mills.
Much of their wheat is grown locally, but eleven French and about half a dozen organic varieties are also offered. They also have prepared 'mixes' to make items such as brioche and croissant.
The minimum quantities might be daunting for domestic users - but not for those regularly making their own bread.
