Tim and Simon Livesey have pioneered the introduction of exotic mushrooms into the UK. Their farm shop offers cultivated varieties such as Enoki, Oyster, Shiroshimeji and Shitake plus seasonal wild varieties such as Girolles, Pieds de Mouton and St. Georges. Free-range eggs are a sideline and occasionally they have lamb on offer, plus beef from their pedigree Hereford herd.
