A good butcher, belonging to the prestigious Q Guild. They specialise in top-quality mainly locally-sourced meat, and some seasonal game, but unless you pre-order, this might rely on their frozen stocks.
Their own meat pies and sausages are also very popular.
A free delivery service operates.
They have another branch at 20 Ospringe Street, Faversham, ME13 8TL (Tel: 01795-532040).
If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.

What did you like about the Food Shop?
First time customer. Only wanted 200g of lamb steak. Cut straight from a leg for me. Offered to cube it and asked how I was going to cook it. Great to have someone who takes pride int their work.
