An excellent family butcher, established in 1898 and specialising in local meat. They belng to the prestigious Q Guild, which enforces strict criteria for membership.
They make their own dry-cured bacon and are also well-known for their award-winning meat pies. They have a branch at 11 Otley Road, Skipton (q.v.).
