An excellent butcher, run by the Moffat family for 4 generations.
They specialise in local meat and poultry (although some has to be imported from North East Scotland). Particular specialities are Shetland Lamb (available between August and March) and traditionally-smoked 'Reestit' Mutton.
They belong to the prestigious Q Guild of butchers. Game can be supplied, but needs ordering. A Mail Order Service operates for Lamb and Reestit Mutton.
