Producers of over 100 varieties of fresh chilis. They range from mild Poblanos to hot/fiery Habaneros.
They are then either sold fresh during the growing season (August to end of November) or made into sauces, chili jelly or chili jam these are made without the use of artificial ingredients or setting agents.
They also make several varieties of Chili Chocolate, made with 60% Cocoa solids. A Mail Order Service operates.
