An interesting cheese shop, attached to the dairy, where a massed produced version of old farmhouse Wensleydale cheeses are made - although sheep and not the present cows' milk was traditional.
Modern versions include blue-veined, added cranberries or apricots and a smoked version.
Special tours, showing the cheese-making process, can be arranged.
