You can watch pies and traiteur meals being prepared in the open plan kitchen, and they often give pie-making demonstrations - they are all hand-made, the only machine used being the oven in which they are cooked. Dishes offered might include 'Sweet and Sour Pork', 'Jacob Lamb Tagine' and 'Longhorn Beef with Melton Red Ale'.
