Ex chef Jonathan Newberry produces top-quality smoked food and supplies some of Britain's top restaurants.

As well as the more 'usual' smoked products, such as Hot-Smoked Salmon, Trout, Haddock, Kippers and Venison; Monkfish, Scallops and Tuna can be smoked on request.

Specialities include 'Whole-Smoked Chicken, studded with Smoked Garlic'; 'Duck Breast - marinated in Port and Garlic, then hot-smoked'. Various cheeses - such as Camembert, Cheddar, Chevre and Parmesan are also listed.
