A cross between a popular fish & chip chip, and long standing traditional smokery.
The latter offers delicacies such as kippers, hot and cold-smoked salmon, smoked haddock and seasonal 'specials'.
All are smoked in a traditional brick kiln using oak shavings taken from old Sherry casks.
