The Allen's established their family butchers in Coventry over 60years ago; and their web-site has been operating since 1998.
As well assupplying excellent meat & poultry - butchered in a French-style ifnecessary, they supply traiteur dishes that only need a little finishing. These include 'chicken Basquaise' (stuffed with roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, chorizo sausage & coriander); lamb in 'Greek-style', or with spinach & herbs or apple & apricot. They can also procure cockerels - these weigh anything up to 5 kilos!
They now also operate the mail order service for MacSweens excellent haggis, including the vegetarian variety.
