The Dauncey's introduced Wild Boar to their family farm in 1984, and have seen it's popularity rise ever since.
Animals are reared naturally, foraging in open pasture with oak coppices. Their diet, although supplemented by potatoes and beet, is much as it would have been in the wild.
The business has expanded and now also supplies rare meats from around the world, including bison, alligator and locusts - which are meant to be excellent stir-fried!
