The Llyn Peninsula is that long finger of land pointing out into St. George's Channel from the North-West coast of Wales just below Ynys Mon (Isle of Anglesey); it's probably the most remote area of Wales, and the Welsh language is in universal daily use.
In this setting, pigs are reared and excellent dry-cured bacon produced in the same manner as in centuries past. Their dry-cure hams and sausages are of an equally high standard.
Fresh pork, in the form of butchered shoulders, legs chops and ribs are also offered at very reasonable prices, plus Welsh Black beef, burgers and seasonal lamb.
