Cecil and Helga Gysin run this company supplying essentials for lovers of charcuterie; such as sausage skins (casings) and saltpetre for marinades for curing beef, ham and pastrami. Products are very specialised - sheeps' for chipolata's (as they're the thinest), pigs' for sausages and thicker ox for salami and suchlike.Sadly, Cecil Gysin died in March 2007, so we hope supplies continue.
