Peter and Juliet Kindersley are producers of non-GM, organic meat, poultry and sausages using traditional crop-rotation methods and nature animal manure's.
Their farm is mixed, with sheep, pigs, beef cattle, poultry and mixed cereals. Breeds are carefully chosen - beef is a South Devon/Aberdeen Angus cross; pigs, Saddleback sows, Duroc boars; lamb, Cheviot/Shetland or Masham and Mule crosses.
The smoked chicken is particularly recommended, and there are a few traiteur offerings such as Cantonese chicken drumsticks, Jamaican jerk chicken wings and Moroccan spiced lamb burgers. A winner in the Organic Food Awards 2001. Delivery
