Producers of excellent Cheddar cheese, using milk from their Ayrshire herd, naturally-reared on the family farm. Cheeses are matured for between 10 18 months (the latter, in particular, having plenty of bite.
This is offered by mail order in either generously-sized 'letterbox wedges' (see photo) or in 'Eights of a cheese' weighing just over 1kg.
