A long-established family business producing traditionally oak-smoked kippers, plus haddock and salmon (plus seasonal additions) - all is smoked in a traditional kiln using oak shavings taken from old Sherry casks.
Their kippers and Hot-Smoked Salmon - some with glazes, such as Drambuie, is building a considerable reputation. Online Hampers are in the pipeline.
