Excellent butcher, specialising in free-range and additive-free meats, including some from rare breeds. Bacon to suit all tastes (including a strong cure from Maynard's Farm) , chickens and bronze turkeys from Munson's (Aylesbury-type ducks to order), enormous selection of game in season; proper mutton, boudin blanc, haggis and black pudding from one of the countries best producers. A range of up to twenty types of sausages make this a tempting shop to visit.
