Berwick Street Market

Berwick Street, London, London, W1
Recommended by Gourmet Britain
Excellent market with a delightful old-fashioned atmosphere.

Competition appears to be strong particularly among the fruit and vegetable stalls - some of which stock fresh herbs and up market produce, all at bargain prices. Fish stalls often have exotics and usually fresh carp as well.

Well worth a visit - although not as interesting as it was in years gone by!

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
