A 'must visit' shop considerably adding to the already high quality of Marylebone Village.

As the name implies, the main event is their excellent pork produced from free-range pigs on a cereal based diet containing no drugs, artificial growth promoters, animal by-products or GM ingredients.

The company name comes from the colouring of the pigs, many of which are the excellent 'Tamworth' breed - although they also rear Berkshires, English Lops, Gloucester Old Spots and Welsh pigs. Chicken, beef-cattle (Longhorn's) & lamb (Blue Face Leicesters, Swaledale and Texels) are also produced in the same fashion - the last two being reared on grass & winter hay with no food concentrates.

They also produce dry-cured bacon, sausages, charcuterie, meat pies, Scotch eggs and excellent pork pies. Prices are very reasonable for meat of this quality. They now have a shop in Pickering, North Yorkshire (q.v.) plus fairly locally in Hackney and Shepherd's Bush - and are a major presence at Borough Market (q.v.), London.
