Excellent family butcher that has largely been unaffected by our endless meat scares, over the years, by only selling meat whose history is known; so the beef is grass-fed Aberdeen Angus, lamb is Wales' best, and the pork and veal free-range (something of a rarity).
Everything in the shop is chosen with equal care; a good selection of game in season, about twenty varieties of their own sausages, excellent mince from grass-fed animals, and Bronze turkeys at Christmas.
