The Ramsay family have been running their excellent pork business since 1857 - on it's now managed by the 4th and 5th generations.
They claim to be the sole Scottish butcher's making 'Ayrshire' bacon using the traditional sweet-curing method - it's certainly delicious, and has won many awards.
All the pork products are sourced from local free-range animals, and have no polyphosphates or water added.
Whilst bacon is the main event, fresh pork, traditional puddings (including a 'breakfast' fruit variety), sausages, beef and haggis are on offer.
