Butchered meat is also offered, including burgers and sausages; as is ice cream and double cream.
Milk products from water buffalo tend to be slightly sweeter in flavour than that of more traditional cattle - their meat is also lower in cholesterol. Collection from the farm is possible, by arrangement - as are trade enquires.
Their stall is also very visible at local Farmers Markets.
